Jan P. Joachim is a bilingual (French-English) U.S. attorney and Canadian lawyer with more than 13 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and US and Canadian immigration law. Before starting his law firm, Mr. Joachim practiced law at two boutique law firms in Manhattan New York and one law firm in Montreal Quebec. For the last 6 years, Jan Joachim has been the owner of a solo general practice law firm located in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn in New York City. Mr. Joachim is admitted to practice law both in the United States and in Canada. He is a member of the New York State bar and he is admitted to practice in the Bar of Quebec. He is also admitted to practice law in the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. Joachim routinely counsels clients in Canada and the United States on matter such as Immigration, real estate transaction and business formation.
